Evolving Stardust

Evolving Stardust is a dynamic new 6 piece band based out of Albany, NY. Led by vocalist Kate Maranville-Hiser, the band draws on a diverse set of influences including world, folk, indie, rock, and traditional chants. The band features Carolyn Matthei on violin, Phil Wenstrand on cello, Ryze Viola on guitar, Dan Gerken on bass, and Jason Smith on percussion. The unique instrumentation leads to lush textures paired with melodic vocals.
